Spinnaker Conversions is a set of conversion functions in the
Spinnaker DB Tools Add-in that:
- converts metric system to US system and vice versa.
- Adds/subtracts and displays feet and inches, LB and OZ.

Descriptions Tables
- The conversion functions are found under the Spinnaker Functions category
in the function wizard. The Conversion functions offered are the following:
- FOOT(Meters, optional Display) translates Metric to Foot. display
units: default 1(0=inches, 1=feet, 2=yards) ?nbsp;
- METRIC(Foot, optional Display) translates Foot to Metric. display
units; default 0(0=meters, 1=decimeters, etc. ?nbsp;
- FTDC(Feet) displays a measure in feet with decimals for partial foot
?nbsp;
- FTIN(Feet, Accuracy) displays a measure in feet as feet with inches and
fractions. Accuracy determines to what accuracy fractions will be
displayed?/li>
- FTSUM(range of Feet values, optional Display) sums ranges of measures
in feet displayed in any combination of FTDC and FTIN values and
displays the sum in the display of your choice (FTDC or FTIN). ?!--webbot

- CELC(Temp in Fahrenheit, optional Display) displays a temperature in
Fahrenheit as Celcius. Display decimals; default = 1 ?nbsp;
- FAHR(Temp in centigrades, optional Display) displays a temperature in
Celcius as Fahrenheit. Display decimals; default = 1 ?nbsp;
- KILO(Pounds, optional decimals) translates a weight in Pounds to
weight in KiloGrams. Optional decimals: default 3 ?nbsp;
- LB(Kilos, optional decimals) translates a weight in KiloGrams to
weight in Pounds. Optional decimals: default 2 ?nbsp;
- LBDC(Pounds) displays the fractions of the pounds as decimals. ?/li>
- LBOZ(Pounds, optional Decimals, optional Display) displays the
fractions of the pounds as Ounces. Optional Decimals (default 3), and
Display (default LB OZ) others possible: LB.OZ.,lb.oz.,lboz
- LBSUM(Range of Pounds values, optional Display) sums ranges of
measures in pounds displayed in any combination of LBDC and LBOZ values
and displays the sum in the display of your choice default is the
majority of the formats in the range ("LBDC","LBOZ").
